This is a good place for a date. They have a good selection of wines and a creative menu. For the Kenai Peninsula, this is as upscale as you can get. The decor is attractive and there is a good view, particularly if you sit outside in the summer. One summer evening, a caribou and her calf walked up to the back deck and on through the parking lot.
Been here a bunch with and without relatives. Outstanding service. The food is better. Tyler the Chef rocks it. The 1st time in a long time I tipped the Chef specifically. I like the deck in the summer. Great place for a cool drink and snack during the late afternoon or early evening. Highly recommended.
Food here is excellent with wonderful small or large plates, fresh fruits and vegetables and of course local Alaskan seafood. Service is warm, gracious and knowledgeable. Popular with locals so reservations suggested. Outdoor deck overlooks a wilderness area where caribou, moose and a variety of birds can be seen Our favorite place to dine in this very popular spot on the Kenai. Actually it has the best food in Kenai. Bring your camera.
